(At the invitation of the Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) of Herzliya, Israel, I had attended their fifth International Conference on the Global Impact of Terrorism from September 11 to 14,2005. I had spoken on my perspective of global terrorism at the plenary on September 12,2005 and participated as a panelist in three panels which discussed the Ramifications of the London Explosions (September 14), Aviation Terrorism (September 13 ) and State Involvement in Terrorism (September 14).
